Wanted: space, warehouse, to build a music studio

I am currently looking for an affordable space/wharehouse in which to build a music studio.
Parking space would be prefered but not essential, security is very important as there will be expensive equipment at the studio.
I am looking for a space in which i could build partitions for vocal booth and so on.
The space doesnt have to be huge, but reasonable, in case i have a big band coming over to record.
Ameneties would also be prefered but if not available, we would need permission to have those installed, as artist may spend the whole day in the studio and would need toilets. |
