Job Description	Headway Logistic are currently recruiting hard working and motivated people to join their picking teams. We provide managed picking services to clients within their warehouses around the country and pay people in a heavily incentivised way. This means that the harder you work, the more you pick and the more you earn rather than being constrained by a fixed hourly wage. Our aim is to attract and identify self motivated and disciplined workers and reward people well for their effort. If you enjoy the gym or sports, this is a fantastic job for you! We are looking for people who enjoy physical work to pick products in warehouses. Some are chilled and some are frozen environments so you’ll need to have tolerance of these types of environments. We will provide any personal protective wear and workwear. No previous experience is required as initial training will be given by our sister company in Germany for a month and then you’ll be allocated to one of our UK operations. To help with mobility, we will accommodate our picking teams close to their workplace and so you just need to be ready to work, we’ll see to the rest! Wages will depend on the operation that you are allocated to but typically should be 10 to 15% above the typical earnings within that sector.
